Our story
Conceptualised in 2005. Established in 2010.
Amatra began with a conviction that travel management in India could be done with more care than the market was offering.
What started as an idea in 2005 became a company in 2010, and has since grown into an award-winning travel management business serving families, students, corporates, federations and non-profits — from a single office in Janakpuri, New Delhi.
We have deliberately stayed the kind of company where the person who plans your journey is the person who answers when something changes at an airport at midnight. Twenty years in, that is still the whole point.
