Eight divisions, one team

Amatra is not a booking counter. Each of these is run by people who have done the thing themselves — filed the visa, walked the venue, met the school in Osaka.

01 — Immigration & Visa

Get the file right the first time

Most refusals are paperwork, not people. We build the application the way the consulate wants to read it: documentation checked line by line, appointments booked, financials presented properly, and a genuine interview rehearsal before you go.

Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Japan, UAE, Australia — tourist, student, business and transit.

02 — Study in Japan

From Janakpuri to Osaka

Our student-exchange work with Japan is the part of Amatra we are proudest of. We place students into language schools and universities, handle the Certificate of Eligibility and student visa, and stay reachable once they land — because the first month is the one that actually matters.

Guardianship guidance, accommodation, airport pickup and a real person on the phone in India.

03 — Student & Youth Programmes

First journeys, properly looked after

Educational tours, school exchanges and youth delegations — chaperoned, fully insured and built around what the curriculum actually needs rather than what fits a coach timetable. Parents get an itinerary they can read and a number they can call.

04 — MICE

Meetings, incentives, conferences, events

Venue sourcing, room blocks, delegate registration, ground transport, production partners and a team on site for the duration. Four hundred people arriving on a Tuesday morning is a logistics problem with a known answer — we have run it before.

05 — Destination Weddings

You should get to enjoy it

Palaces in Rajasthan, beaches in Goa and Phuket, hill stations, Türkiye, the UAE. We handle guest travel, room blocks, transfers, vendor coordination and the hundred small things that otherwise land on the family at 2am.

06 — FIT · Independent Travel

No coaches. No fixed departures.

Fully independent travel for families and couples — privately guided, paced to you, and built around the things you actually care about. The itinerary is yours; we just make sure every connection, room and driver is where it should be.

07 — Sports Tourism

Teams, supporters, federations

Squads and equipment to fixtures, supporters to tournaments, officials to federations. Tight schedules, excess baggage, accreditation windows and last-minute fixture changes — all of it planned for in advance.

08 — Travel for NGOs

Every rupee has to justify itself

Field visits, delegations and conference travel for non-profits and development organisations. Cost-conscious by default, documented for audit, and reliable in places where reliability is not a given.
